Week 1: September 6 - 12: When I look back at the journal entries I made during that first week, I'm reminded of the excitement I had for getting started and the anticipation of the results I hoped my body would experience. It was time for a new approach and I was ready to get started.
Direction changeI did my best to use each of the products in the right way, at the right time, and with the prescribed amount of pure water. Now that I think about it, I probably was a little anal about doing everything by the book. Although it wasn't part of the plan, I even decided to forego my daily cups of coffee to ensure I was drinking enough water to stay appropriately hydrated.

During that week I had several days of business travel that made my rigorous approach even more challenging... a banquet dinner at night, room service, and airline snacks seemed to be unavoidable. Somehow I managed, and now it doesn't seem like the precision was all that necessary.

What I've come to understand is that I'm not on a diet. I've found a new way to "live it" with nutritious food that brings a level of nourishment, minerals and enzymes into my body like I've never experienced before. And people were noticing.

I had several conversations with colleagues during my travel that helped me understand that other people would appreciate what I'm experiencing. At least two people asked me to follow-up with them and keep them informed of my progress. I'm excited to have the opportunity to begin the process of building my team and helping others to relieve themselves of physical and financial pain.

Just one week in and my confidence is going up and my weight is coming down. After the first seven days I released an amazing 12.4 pounds! Wow!

My weight on Day 7, September 12, 2014 = 267.6 lbs.
(Releasing 12+ pounds in a week was a real surprise)
My weight on Day 58, November 2, 2014 = 249.0 lbs
(Nearly two months of building a very sustainable routine)
