Week 22 - 02/02/12

week 5 AFinally. 280 pounds! I'm now at the weight that should have been heavy enough to make me START being concerned in the first place!

I'm happy with the fact that I've released enough weight over the past five months that I'm finally back under 280 pounds. But that's sort of discusting too. Just stop and think for a second about how out of shape and overweight a man has to be in order to lose 45 pounds and still be 80 pounds too heavy. 

I can't do anything about the past so I'll just focus on the positive and be happy that I may have turned my situation around in time.  

My second stage goal, to be achieved by February 16th, was to lose fifty pounds. It's within reach and I'm going to do my best to get there.

Thanks to everyone that complimented me on "looking slim" during the annual PEMCO Sales Banquet and the WOMMA Board of Directors meeting last week. That means a lot and keeps me motivated.
